Our name is inspired by Aristotle's concept of “Eu-Zen”. Pronounced “you-zen” and meaning “living well”, Aristotle explained that Eu-Zen is the path to the good life — and that the good life is to fulfill your true nature.
At Eu-Zen, we seek to empower our community to flourish on a path to living a balanced life. Through the use of integrative energy healing and naturopathic practices, we promote individual health and happiness.
The art of living well includes both well-being and well-doing. Eu-Zen encompasses well-being including optimal mental, emotional and physical health, and well-being through familial and social relationships, and also well-doing through social and civic activity.

I have practiced Reiki for over 7 years and hold my Master/Teacher degree. As an Usui Reiki Master, I am able to attune/initiate people who are interested in becoming Reiki practitioners. I have practiced Foot Reflexology for over 5 years and hold my Advanced Reflexology certificate. Healing with the ancient power of crystals is also a modality I provide.
In the past, I raised three children and worked many years in medical offices, pharmacies and gyms in a variety of positions. These experiences have shaped me and helped me to become the person I am today. I am a compassionate, kind and loving person, and would love to share the amazing power of energetic healing with you.

I am a healer who worked as a lifeguard for ten years and as an Advanced Care Paramedic for another twenty five years. Through these professions, I cultivated deep compassion and became accustomed to serving, assisting and caring for others on a daily basis.
Presently, I help people to heal with the application of Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Healing Therapies. I developed my healing skills as I worked on healing myself from many injuries sustained during sports competitions and from a debilitating stroke in 2018. I have made a remarkable recovery with my body’s own natural healing abilities, supported by meditation, yoga, Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Therapies.
I am an experienced Reiki practitioner and a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Reflexology Association of Canada Foot Reflexology Therapist and a certified Sound Therapist with training in the use of tuning forks and singing bowls. My education includes: Advanced Care Paramedic, HBSc (Honours) Health Science, Masters of Business Administration.
