Wear something comfortable that you are able to relax in. If receiving Reflexology, wear something that leaves your feet and lower legs accessible.

Our pricing is located on our Bookings page. Prices are listed in CAD and include tax.

We accept e-transfer (online), cash or card (debit or credit) payments in-person. Note: Online bookings require prepayment by credit card online. To book over the phone, please call us.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us (via email or phone) at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours, will incur the full session fee.
