What Should you Expect During a Distant Reiki Treatment?
Distant Reiki can be performed from anywhere to anywhere! You can use your phone, computer, tablet or laptop to have a session. Video is preferable, however, audio only is possible. Possible video formats include Facebook, Messenger, Duo, WhatsApp or Facetime. Sessions last about 45-60 minutes
The Reiki Master will begin the session by asking a few questions regarding the issue for which you wish to receive treatment. This assists the Reiki practitioner with a point of focus for a starting point. You can sit comfortably in a relaxed environment, with spine erect if comfortable. It is helpful to have calming music playing for yourself as you receive the healing Reiki energy across the distance.
